Veerabhadra replied, “No, Lord Vishwakarma (The architect of the Gods) had built it for Lord Brahma who later gifted it to Kubera.” Agrasena said, “If the Devas are in our land and on our side, then why do they not help us directly?” Veerabhadra replied, “I don’t know the exact details, but what I overheard from various sources in the palace is that, the current rules and laws in Akash Ganga (the Milky Way galaxy) does not allow the use of Deivi Astras (Divine weapons) on Prithvi (planet Earth). However, they help us indirectly by giving us better life style, traditions, genetically improvised healthy food, knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines and surgery and many things. In fact, many generations back, Shushruta had mastered the Ayurvedic science of treatment and was the first to create a proper structure and discipline in this area."
